How to request data deletion

What to include in your request

• The app name: CUTLINE.
• A brief statement that you want to request deletion of data related to the app.
• If your request relates to an in-app purchase, include the Google Play account email or order information only if you are comfortable sharing it. Do not send payment card numbers.

What data can be deleted

Noruloop Studio does not operate a CUTLINE user account system and does not store player profiles on its own servers.

CUTLINE stores game progress locally on the user's device. You can delete local game progress by using Reset Progress inside the app or by clearing the app's storage in Android settings.

If you contact Noruloop Studio by email, we can delete support emails or other direct support communications associated with your request, unless we need to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, or transaction-related reasons.

What data may be retained

Some data may be processed by third-party services used by CUTLINE, such as Google Mobile Ads, Google User Messaging Platform, Google Play Billing, Google Play services, and Google Play Store. Data handled by those services is controlled according to their own policies and user controls.

Purchase records and transaction data may be retained by Google Play or payment providers as required for billing, tax, fraud prevention, refunds, legal compliance, and platform security.

Response time

We will review deletion requests and respond as soon as reasonably possible. We aim to respond within 30 days where applicable.
